Well I am not sure where to start. Since I graduated, I went to college, played some Minor League Baseball, Worked a ton of construction..... 18 years worth, got married, that lasted all of 7 years, and the only good thing to come out of it was my son Tanner Mark(9).
But moving on to better things, I was divorced for 4 years, and found my new wife Tammy, who has made me see things in a completely different light. She has 2 daughters, Jenny (14) and Ashley (11). The children keep us hopping with sports and there lives.
Tammy is the West Coast Director for a Child Care Corporation. And for the last 4 years I have been in Construction Management. I was the Director of Operations for Janton Construction, and most recently I was the Excavation Managemer for Roto-Rooter. I know it sounds funny but it was a very good job.
I guess spending my entire working life in construction could be looked at in many different ways. No I didnt go to West Point, Im not a Rocket Scientist, But I am what alot of people aren't these days, and that is happy.
Tammy and I live on South Hill, in a beautiful home in a very quiet neighborhood. We have a Lab named Stormy, and a life that is full of happiness and love.
I hope that there are more of you in our class that have had the same happiness that I have found. It was a struggle but hang in there, I thought it would never come to me, but If you stop searching for it, It just seems to show up on your front door.
Sincerely,
Mark Clemons
